Field Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Field Engineer with up to 10 years of commercial construction experience, the role focuses on supporting project teams in various sectors, coordinating project materials, and assisting in the preparation and monitoring of project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support field work under the direction of Project Superintendents
• Coordinate working and shop drawings, as well as the delivery and purchasing of project materials
• Organize subcontractor meetings and assist in the RFI & Submittal process

Required qualifications

• Ability to read basic blueprints and shop drawings
• Thorough understanding of plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes
• Competent user of BIM modeling and P6 software
• Knowledge of excavation safety and fall protection
• Ability to perform field take-offs and manage equipment and material tracking
