Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Engineer - Flagship Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support flagship accounts by executing technical work aligned to pre-defined goals
• Work directly in customer environments to tune detections and ensure alerts are actionable
• Assist in analyzing findings and security events, supporting investigation workflows through to resolution

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in cybersecurity or related technical roles in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on ability to work within security platforms and support investigation workflows
• Experience collaborating across pre-sales, post-sales, and support functions
• Ability to operate independently while aligning to broader account strategies
• Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies
