Field Engineer, Healthcare
Job Summary
To support enterprise customers in the SLED sector, the full-time remote Field Engineer, Healthcare will partner with sales teams to manage technical discovery, conduct demos, and guide customers through proofs of concept, ensuring they realize the value of AI in their engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and validation for new deals and expansions
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, security, product, and IT stakeholders
- Deliver technical presentations and workshops for both technical and executive audiences
Required qualifications
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, preferably in federal or regulated tech
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its operational impact
- Hands-on technical fluency with workflows, AI tooling, and complex environments
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and co-own initiatives with Account Executives
- Strong communication skills and executive presence for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
