Field Engineer IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Engineer IV Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telecommunications and data center site systems maintenance, including installation and testing of equipment
• Monitor and review network circuits and equipment, ensuring quality service and reliability
• Maintain accurate site documentation and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, installation, and testing concepts
• Experience in managing multiple projects with limited guidance
• Basic understanding of telephony, financial service networks, and data center power configuration
• Technical degree in electronics or computer technology preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with network circuitry, including copper and fiber interfaces
