Field Engineer, SLED
Job Summary
To support strategic enterprise customers, the full-time remote Field Engineer, SLED will partner with sales teams to conduct technical discovery, guide proofs of concept, and ensure customers realize the value of AI in their engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical discovery, demos, POCs, and validation for new deals and expansions in collaboration with Account Executives
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, security, product, and IT stakeholders to drive customer success
- Deliver technical presentations and workshops to both technical and executive audiences, acting as the customer's technical advocate
Required qualifications
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Consulting, preferably in federal or highly regulated sectors
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its operational impacts
- Hands-on technical fluency with workflows, AI tooling, and complex environments
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and co-own initiatives with sales teams
- Strong communication skills and executive presence for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
