Job Summary
Participating in the coordination and execution of field engineering activities, the full-time Field Engineer with OSHA Certification will ensure technical solutions meet project goals and quality standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and improve construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with technical review and implementation of engineering plans to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Collaborates with project managers and field staff to address technical issues and maintain project momentum
- Supports site inspections and assessments, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire
- First Aid and CPR certification required
- Relevant market certification (ASHE, CHC) preferred
