Field Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Architects in the Manufacturing and HiTech Enterprise Segment, the full-time Sr. Manager, Field Engineering will drive customer success and revenue growth by managing pre-sales professionals focused on enterprise software, big data, analytics, and AI, with opportunities for remote work in the Western United States.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Solutions Architects to enhance customer value and success
• Establish and maintain relationships across the business to support team and customer objectives
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve sales and consumption targets while ensuring technical excellence

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales teams in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in the Data + AI space with a focus on technical products
• Deep technical understanding of Data + AI's impact across various industries
• Proven ability to influence and guide architectural decisions and solutions
• Experience fostering collaboration between Field Engineering, Sales, and other internal teams
