Field Events Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Field Events Specialist for a freelance role, who will manage logistics and operational support for trade shows, conferences, and hosted events across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring high-energy and authentic experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake and response for all inbound event requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, managing logistics, timelines, and event-day coordination
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Airtable, ensuring clean attribution and reporting for pipeline and ROI analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in field marketing, live event production, or regional community building
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external vendors and venue contacts
• Hands-on experience with event and marketing technology, including Rainfocus, Salesforce, and Airtable
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous event workstreams across global regions
