Field Experience Associate

Job Summary

Engaging consumers and supporting wholesale customers, the full-time Field Experience Associate will educate retail staff, showcase HOKA brands at events, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and engage retail sales staff about HOKA brands and sales techniques
• Showcase HOKA products at stores and expos while soliciting consumer sales
• Identify opportunities within new and existing consumer groups and strategize with the Field Experience Manager

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships
• Familiarity with HOKA products
• Proven record of follow-through in one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel
