Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Expert Masterclass Facilitator to empower the next generation of global leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to various fields
• Cover key topics, career pathways, and practical field challenges
• Facilitate approximately 6 live sessions annually, coordinating schedules in advance

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
• At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in the relevant field
• Deep expertise in one or more specified program fields
• Experience managing projects or guiding others through structured processes
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development
