Job Summary

Leading field operations in a fully remote capacity, the Field Leadership Senior Manager will supervise a team of field managers, manage operational and sales strategies, and ensure compliance with corporate objectives while mitigating risks associated with claims.

Key responsibilities

• Lead efforts to manage and mitigate Extra-Contractual Obligation (ECO) exposure through disciplined claim oversight
• Oversee high-severity and litigated claim portfolios, collaborating with the Claim Litigation team to optimize outcomes
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable guidance for field operations

• Proven experience in claims management and field operations
• Strong background in litigation strategies and risk management
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt operational tactics accordingly
• Experience mentoring and developing managerial staff
