Field Learning and Development Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Field Learning and Development Specialist will develop, design, and deliver targeted training programs for team members, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and organizational goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and improve training content using various modalities, ensuring role-specific alignment with organizational goals
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions on specialized topics and evaluate learner performance to identify skill gaps
• Assist with project management tasks, track training records, and coordinate logistics for training sessions

Required qualifications:

• Experience in instructional design, learning and development (L&D), and training facilitation
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
• Proficiency in developing instructional materials and using tools like Articulate RISE 360 and Camtasia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse groups effectively
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
