Key Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the Pet Supplies Plus Corporate Plan across multiple stores and franchise owners
• Support local events and manage relationships with district field leaders and franchise groups
• Monitor market trends and manage the sales budget for designated areas

Required Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the pet industry and large retailer operations
• 4 years of field sales execution experience, particularly in the pet industry
• Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships and adapt to new strategies
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Business Degree or related field
