Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of regional field programs and coordinate logistics across stakeholders
• Assist with building and maintaining invite lists and track outreach status
• Support post-event workflows and help prepare simple program readouts aligned to Revenue Marketing outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization and deadlines
• Comfort working with structured trackers such as spreadsheets
• Professionalism and discretion when supporting executive-level programs
• Interest in B2B marketing, events, sales, or go-to-market operations preferred
