Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Administration preferred
• 10 years of marketing or sales experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, with 3 years in congress marketing or speaker bureau management
• Experience in developing engagement plans for thought leaders and managing congress strategy
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting capabilities
