Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Field Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lead generation tactics and plans for the Lumen Digital portfolio
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive marketing campaigns and tools adoption
• Manage field marketing program budget and execute regional events to attract customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Ability to balance creative thinking with quick execution and lead follow-up
• Understanding of technology and customer needs in the digital space
• Comfortable leading by influence across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
