Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and strengthen engagement with priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for priority accounts in collaboration with Sales
  • Plan and deliver field marketing programs, including events and conferences, ensuring end-to-end execution
  • Track program performance, define success metrics, and provide insights for continuous optimization


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or ABM in a demand generation environment
  • Experience in designing and executing ABM programs in partnership with Sales
  • Proven ability to manage multiple field programs simultaneously
  • Experience in tracking pipeline impact and using data for program improvements
  • Familiarity with ABM and event tech platforms
