Job Summary

Field Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing programs to drive demand in Brazil, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the regional marketing strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Deliver and measure marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth in the LATAM market
  • Oversee localization of global marketing content to ensure relevance for regional audiences
Required Qualifications
  • 6-7 years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation with a regional focus
  • In-depth experience with marketing and sales funnels
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong program management skills with a proven track record of cross-team collaboration
