Driving the success of brand initiatives, the full-time remote Field Marketing Manager will manage high-impact promotional campaigns, support community launches, and develop scalable builder-focused programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Loan Officers seeking marketing support and guidance
• Develop and manage nurture campaigns and marketing collateral to strengthen relationships with key referral partners
• Create and oversee Field Marketing roadmaps and project plans, translating strategic initiatives into actionable timelines

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a Marketing-related field preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of field experience in the mortgage industry required
• Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
• Strong understanding of builder promotions and financing scenarios
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
