Job Summary
Leading the development of an integrated local/national field marketing strategy, the full-time Field Marketing Manager will manage and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while amplifying NFF's brand presence and storytelling across communities in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that aligns local efforts with national brand goals
- Manage, mentor, and build capacity within the field marketing team, tracking KPIs and reporting insights
- Serve as a liaison with the advancement team to support local activations and enhance donor engagement through compelling narratives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement, including team leadership
- Proven success in developing integrated marketing strategies with measurable outcomes
- Experience in planning and executing events or activations that build brand value
- Familiarity with content strategy and creation, including writing, photography, and social media
