Job Summary
Owning the operational foundation for the Field Marketing team, the full-time remote Manager, Field Marketing Strategy & Operations will translate strategic vision into operational reality, driving effectiveness and continuous improvement in program execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of field marketing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Drive organizational effectiveness by implementing repeatable processes and measuring program performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational systems and improve overall efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or program management in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of field marketing disciplines, including events and account-based marketing
- Proven track record in building and executing field marketing programs
- 1-2 years of people management experience with a focus on talent development
- Experience with marketing technology stacks and performance measurement
