A company is looking for a Field Marketing Representative responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to generate and retain a retail insurance agency customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment of new agents and service existing agent relationships
• Develop targeted marketing plans and materials in alignment with organizational strategy
• Evaluate product marketability and handle inbound lead inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two years of previous sales or marketing experience
• Prior insurance underwriting experience
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary
