Field Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

To support Maaco franchisees, the full-time Field Marketing Specialist will optimize shop performance, innovate local marketing strategies, and ensure brand consistency while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations to diagnose barriers and implement local marketing solutions that boost estimates and repair orders
• Test new marketing tactics and evaluate their scalability across the franchise system
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and promotions to fulfill the Maaco customer promise

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in field, retail, or multi-unit marketing, preferably in a corporate or franchise setting
• Demonstrated success in executing local marketing plans that resulted in measurable growth
• Business acumen with experience in budget ownership or P&L exposure is a plus
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to build trust across field and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required
