Field Medical Excellence Lead
Job Summary
Leading the evolution of Field Medical engagement processes, the full-time remote Field Medical Excellence Lead will serve as the primary capabilities partner for US Field Medical leadership, translating strategic priorities into scalable solutions and fostering strong partnerships across therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities into scalable capabilities, processes, tools, and solutions for US Field Medical leadership
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Field Medical technology and AI-enabled solutions
- Facilitate cross-therapeutic-area forums and working sessions to share best practices and address common challenges
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- Three or more years of experience within Scientific or Medical Affairs in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of Field Medical strategy and external scientific engagement
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Medical, technology, and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
