Job Summary

Acting as a key member of the Medical Marketing team, the full-time remote Associate Field Medical Marketing Director will manage brand strategy, engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and oversee marketing initiatives to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive brand differentiation.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner in brand planning and strategic development across healthcare professional, patient, and medical marketing initiatives
  • Manage relationships with healthcare professionals and patients, gathering insights to inform brand strategy and engagement plans
  • Oversee assigned marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with sales teams and compliance guidelines
Required qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of similar experience
  • Preferred experience in neuropsychiatry therapeutic areas or long-term care settings
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical promotions
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships across various departments
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment
