Field Medical Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Field Medical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business superuser for field medical analytics platforms, translating user needs into actionable requirements
• Partner with platform owners to configure and operationalize compliant field medical omnichannel journeys
• Develop and maintain the FME SharePoint site, coordinating and communicating relevant information to field teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, data science, computer science, business analytics, or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, particularly in Medical Affairs or analytics roles
• Experience in leveraging analytics to drive strategic decision-making within a healthcare context
• Direct experience with Medical Affairs technology platforms and Veeva ecosystems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and cloud-based data platforms
