Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of managed field services, the full-time remote Field Operations Coordinator will coordinate staffing, manage project delivery, and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance and service quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates staffing changes and manages onboarding/offboarding of field technicians
- Supports the delivery of active field service projects and acts as the primary contact for technician inquiries
- Maintains strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicates project status and risks
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- 1-3 years in a desktop support role
- Experience with ticketing systems and dispatch tools (e.g., Clarify/Clearvision, ServiceNow)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across client and provider organizations
