Field Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Committed to enhancing care for individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia, the full-time remote Field Operations Engineer will oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal service delivery while collaborating with support teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the installation, configuration, and activation of on-premises equipment within customer facilities
- Support Tier 1 teams by troubleshooting and resolving critical issues related to on-premise equipment
- Participate in creating SOPs and knowledge-base articles to enhance the overall service experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience deploying hardware within a customer's network and managing deployments remotely
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Information Systems or Network Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WLAN network architecture, including DHCP, VLAN, and IP addressing
- Proficient in system administration concepts using Linux commands and AWS SSM/SSH
