Job Summary

Leading field service operations, the full-time remote Field Operations Leader will manage a team of field specialists and engineers, ensuring efficient customer support and operational excellence across HVDC, FACTS, ACIS, and GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field operations managers and engineers, focusing on team development and productivity
• Oversee resource planning and scheduling to meet project demands while balancing business requirements with team well-being
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for clients, fostering executive-level relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French is desirable
• 5 years of experience in team management or field operations
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
• Experience with Transmission and Distribution substation engineering for utilities and renewable energy
• Field experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, and protection disciplines
