Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support forecasting processes and measure team performance
• Develop and maintain sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support reporting needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage pipeline, forecasting, and operational projects

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Analyst role in SaaS or Cybersecurity
• Experience with complex dashboards, reports, and Salesforce systems
• Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to provide solutions to complex business issues
• Background in analyzing business impact and taking an analytical approach to problem-solving
