Field Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Operations Manager (Remote PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of in-person care delivery operations
• Build scalable workflows that support field-based visits and ensure compliance with health plan requirements
• Manage a team of Coordinators responsible for administrative and logistical support tied to in-person encounters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, field operations, or care delivery programs
• Experience in building or improving in-person operational models
• Prior people management experience, including coaching operational teams
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to identify issues and design sustainable solutions
• Familiarity with operational tools such as scheduling systems and project management platforms
