Job Summary

To support operational functions in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Field Operations Manager will manage sales strategies, oversee team development, and ensure effective communication across departments while focusing on customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and analyze market trends for growth opportunities
• Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring productivity and engagement while conducting regular team meetings
• Oversee operations, including supply ordering, project scheduling, and maintaining customer relationships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the interior construction industry
• Knowledge of the construction industry and principles of project management
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Proven history of managing branch operations and developing teams effectively
