Field Operations Planning Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Planning Manager, this full-time remote position will manage planning and scheduling of field resources, coordinate equipment deployment, and oversee timekeeping administration to support operational efficiency in the Data Center Division.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for field employees, crews, and equipment while maximizing crew utilization
• Coordinate the scheduling and movement of equipment to ensure alignment with operational requirements
• Oversee timesheet reconciliation and labor coding accuracy, partnering with Payroll and Finance to resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, Technical Trade, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations coordination, workforce planning, or related operational roles
• Experience coordinating labor and equipment across multiple locations
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with scheduling or workforce management platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
