Field Placement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Placement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure student success through timely placement and matching with social work agencies
• Manage relationships with clinical agency partners to ensure successful student experiences
• Research and identify new potential sites for student placements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
• 2+ years experience in higher education or social work
• Customer service experience in a metrics-driven environment supporting students
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or other field placement software
• Comfortable communicating professionally via phone and email
