Field Placement Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive support for students in the Master of Social Work Program, the full-time Field Placement Coordinator will coordinate field placements, implement policies for field education, and maintain partnerships with agencies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the field placement process and logistics for students, ensuring compliance with program guidelines
• Arrange and facilitate supplemental supervision sessions for social work interns, monitoring their progress and professional development
• Identify and assess potential field placement agencies, managing relationships and compliance with program standards

Required qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of post-master's experience in placing MSW students for field practicum in an online platform
• Experience with graduate-level student placements in a university setting is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of field processes and academic standards in social work education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools and familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
