Field R&D Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Field R&D Lead Data Scientist with an industrial focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with analytical challenges in energy, manufacturing, or similar sectors
• Lead R&D projects and develop analytical deliverables using machine learning and AI techniques
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to customer and partner community engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and machine learning applications
• 5+ years of experience in industry verticals such as Energy or Manufacturing
• Master's or higher degree in a STEM field with graduate classes in statistics and data mining
• Proficiency in Python or R, with some knowledge of SQL
• Experience in formulating real-world problems into mathematical equivalents and deploying solutions
