Job Summary
Focused on enhancing go-to-market strategies, the full-time remote Field Readiness Lead will bridge product, marketing, and sales teams by translating complex strategies into actionable messaging and training materials to empower frontline staff.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between product, marketing, and field teams to create effective messaging and enablement tools
- Develop and refine training materials and communication frameworks to enhance frontline performance
- Engage with field teams to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement
Required qualifications
- Experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, or field readiness roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its dynamics
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts through clear messaging and training
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
- Strong presentation skills and executive presence to engage diverse audiences
