Field Recruiter

Job Summary

Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, the full-time remote Field Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment efforts, including interviewing applicants and referring qualified candidates to meet staffing goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing plans and engage with communities to attract candidates
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for various job assignments
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and leverage data to meet order fulfillment goals

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience with diverse recruiting processes and client engagement
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards for decision-making
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products
