Field Recruiter

Job Summary

Seeking an energetic Field Recruiter, the full-time remote position will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet high-volume recruitment goals while engaging with community resources and utilizing data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing plans and engage with community resources to attract candidates
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill job orders efficiently
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and leverage data to meet staffing goals

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience with diverse recruiting processes and client engagement
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards for decision-making
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products
