Job Summary

Seeking an energetic Field Recruiter, the full-time remote position will focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet high-volume recruitment goals while engaging with community networks and maintaining candidate databases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing plans and write effective job postings to attract candidates
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill job orders while maintaining an active candidate pipeline
• Utilize CRM systems to document candidate activity and conduct necessary background checks

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience in navigating a diverse recruiting process
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards for decision-making
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products
