Job Summary

Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, the full-time remote Field Recruiter will manage high-volume recruitment efforts, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent while meeting specific staffing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing plans through community engagement and various online channels
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fulfill job orders effectively
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and leverage data to meet recruitment goals

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards for decision-making
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office products
