Job Summary

Seeking an energetic Field Recruiter for a full-time remote position, responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while meeting specific staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop creative sourcing plans through community engagement and various online channels
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to fill job orders while maintaining an active candidate pipeline
• Leverage market knowledge and data to set realistic expectations and fulfill staffing needs in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards for effective decision-making
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience
• Practical experience and comfort with Microsoft Office products
