Field Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the Service and Sales organization, the contract Field Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting processes, develop high-velocity hiring strategies, and leverage AI-assisted sourcing to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate headcount plans into prioritized hiring strategies and success profiles
• Lead intake sessions and coach managers on evidence-based evaluation, mapping competencies to interview plans
• Execute multi-channel sourcing plans to generate candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, particularly in Automotive Service or Sales
• Proven success in managing complex searches and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience with talent mapping and long-term nurture strategies for passive candidates
• Familiarity with funnel metrics to diagnose hiring bottlenecks and inform decisions
• Proficiency with iCIMS and understanding of AI/automation in the recruiting process
