Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college-level courses; a 4-year degree or HR certification is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with corporate recruiting preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a strategic partner with business leaders
• Proven ability to develop creative business plans and influence leaders
• Demonstrated negotiation and project management skills
