Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers in accessing AbbVie Immunology products, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager will educate HCPs on patient support programs, address reimbursement challenges, and collaborate with the Access and Reimbursement Support Center.

Key responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on access and reimbursement support tools and services
• Provide local expertise on national and regional payer policies and coding changes
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience educating on payer processes and access-related situations for specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
