Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare providers, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager in Psychiatry will educate on patient access and reimbursement for AbbVie Psychiatry products, addressing HCP questions and providing expertise on coverage challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and reimbursement tools
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and assist with claims submission processes
• Collaborate with AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement Support Center to relay prescription status updates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive knowledge of payer processes and requirements for specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
