Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support patient access for AbbVie Oral Migraine products, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, patient support programs, and payer policies while maintaining relationships with providers in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs and reimbursement tools
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and assist with claims submission processes
• Collaborate with AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement Support Center to update providers on prescription status and program eligibility

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience educating on payer processes and specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D and associated reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
