Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Educating healthcare providers on patient access and reimbursement, the full-time Field Reimbursement Manager for Oral Migraine will work remotely to support AbbVie's Oral Migraine products by addressing HCP questions and providing expertise on coverage and reimbursement challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools, and product-specific acquisition options
• Provide local expertise on national and regional payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes
• Collaborate with AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement Support Center to update HCPs on prescription status and program eligibility

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience educating others on payer processes and access-related situations for specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D and associated reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
