Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager will educate HCPs on patient access and reimbursement for AbbVie Eye Care products, while managing relationships and providing expertise on coverage challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and coding changes
• Collaborate with AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement Support Center to update HCPs on prescription status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience in educating on payer processes and specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
