Field Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Educating healthcare providers on patient access and reimbursement, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager in Eye Care will manage relationships, provide expertise on coverage challenges, and collaborate with support centers to ensure effective patient support for AbbVie Eye Care products.

Key responsibilities:

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools
• Provide local expertise on payer policies and claims submission processes
• Collaborate with AbbVie's Access and Reimbursement Support Center to update HCPs on prescription status

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement
• Extensive experience educating on payer processes for specialty medicines
• Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
